Pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of the European Regulation 679/2016 (hereinafter also "GDPR") and the Italian harmonization legislation, it is specified that your personal data is collected and processed by INSIDEFISHING asd, as Owner of the processing (later, also, "Owner") and for this reason makes the information relating to the processing of your data. The information is provided exclusively for the websites www.branzinothechallenge.com and www.insidefishing.it, and not for other websites that may be accessed by the User via links.

1 - Nature of the processed data and purpose of the processing

Our association INSIDEFISHING a.s.d. will only process personal data; in no case will it treat particular categories of personal data pursuant to articles 9 and 10 of the GDPR.

Your personal data will be processed by INSIDEFISHING a.s.d. for the pursuit of the following purposes:

A. to respond to the specific requests communicated to INSIDEFISHING a.s.d. through its website;

B. for registration to the newsletter and the consequent receipt of various informative communications concerning the sector in which it operates, sport fishing and the organization of competitive and didactic events related to it;

C. for communications of an advertising and illustrative nature of the activities carried out by the same association;

D. for surveys of the degree of satisfaction and surveys on the quality of services rendered or other market research.

Your data acquired through direct entry into the registration forms include, for example, name, company name, address, telephone number and e-mail address and will be used exclusively to provide the requested service (request for feedback, etc.). Any further purpose will be subject to dedicated information as well as a specific and separate consent.

2 - Mandatory or optional nature of providing data

The provision of data is not mandatory, but necessary to enable INSIDEFISHING a.s.d. to process the data to execute the requests communicated (purpose A). It is optional for promotional, marketing and research activities referred to in letters B), C) and D).

We inform you that the legal bases of the treatments referred to in paragraph 1, point A, identified by the Data Controller are the execution of a contract of which the interested party is a party or the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same and the fulfillment of a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject, pursuant to article 6, letter b. and c., of the GDPR.

3 - Data processing methods and data retention times

Your personal data will be processed and stored both on paper and with the aid of automated tools according to logic strictly related to the aforementioned purposes and, in any case, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of your data.

The processed data will be kept for the time necessary for the purpose pursued and in any case in compliance with the time limits indicated by the applicable legal and regulatory provisions. After this period the data will be deleted or anonymized.

4 - Scope of communication, transfer and diffusion of data

The processing of personal data will be carried out by the internal staff of the Data Controller as members of the Board of Directors.

The data may be communicated by INSIDEFISHING a.s.d. to external parties, including:

• administrative managers;

• external associations, with which INSIDEFISHING a.s.d. collaborates, which always operate in the sport fishing sector and in the organization of events connected to it;

• companies with commercial purposes with which INSIDEFISHING a.s.d. cooperates;

• sponsor and partner of INSIDEFISHING a.s.d.

 

Personal data will not be disseminated in any way.

Pursuant to articles 15 to 22 of the European Regulation 2016/679, the interested party has the right to obtain from the holder the correction, integration or cancellation (c.d. the right to be forgotten) of your personal data; the right to obtain the limitation of processing and the right to data portability, the right to object to the processing of personal data and finally, the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority. In particular:

1. obtain confirmation of the existence or not of data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form, and a copy of the processed data;

2. request information about the origin of personal data, the purposes and methods of processing and the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools, in the cases in which your data are collected from third parties;

3. obtain the correction or integration of your personal data without unjustified delay;

4. obtain the cancellation of your personal data, without unjustified delay, in the cases and for the effects of the current legislation;

5. obtain the block, the transformation in anonymous form and other forms of limitation of the treatment in the cases provided for by the law;

6. oppose the processing of your personal data - in particular, may object to the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication;

7. make a complaint to the supervisory authority to report an illegitimate use of your personal data.

 

Regarding the reference to external sites, INSIDEFISHING a.s.d. declines all responsibility in this regard.
